3 Star Maintenance Package – £180 per year or £18 per month
What you get:
- Response to all enquiries within 1 hour (9am-5pm Mon-Fri)
- 60 minutes updates each month each (includes making changes to your website i.e. text edits, revisions and updates)
- Backup of website every 4 months
- Updates to CMS systems, including security and plug-in updates (Theme updates extra £25 per update)
- Unlimited email support
4 Star Maintenance Package – £270 per year or £25 per month
What you get:
- Response to all enquiries within 1 hour (9am-5pm Mon-Fri)
- 90 minutes updates each month each (includes making changes to your website i.e. text edits, revisions and updates)
- Backup of website every 2 months
- Updates to CMS systems, including security and plug-in updates (Theme updates extra £25 per update)
- Unlimited email support
- Website monitored for downtime and client alerted via SMS or email
5 Star Maintenance Package – £360 per year or £34 per month
What you get:
- Response to all enquiries within 1 hour (9am-5pm Mon-Fri)
- 120 minutes updates each month each (includes making changes to your website i.e. text edits, revisions and updates)
- Backup of website every month
- Updates to CMS systems, including security, plug-in and theme updates
- Unlimited email and telephone support
- Website monitored for downtime and client alerted via SMS or email
- Priority service – website updates and CMS security updates carried out within 48 hours
